Lawrence Copeland himself will visit your property to carry out a comprehensive market appraisal relevant to the present market conditions for the size of the property, age, location and other relevant factors. The market appraisal will take approximately an hour to an hour and a half depending on the size of the property and full details and measurements will be taken so if you decide to proceed we can move quickly!
If you are present at the market appraisal you will be provided with a comprehensive fully written appraisal on the day followed by an official market appraisal letter soon after.

You will have the choice of two types of sales brochure, the standard brochure with a maximum of 5 colour views or for an additional optional cost the upmarket property brochure with an extensive display of photographs. All properties are displayed within our showroom accordingly.
